Prior to joining Great Lakes Legal Group, Attorney Ayanna Alcendor was a principal at Allied Legal Consulting. She has successfully defended clients facing charges from minor traffic violations to drunk driving, domestic violence and major felonies and provided representation and counsel in a variety of family law matters. Through her membership with the Oakland and Wayne County Criminal Bar Associations and Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, she has worked with an expansive network of attorneys to get the best results for her clients. Her practice spans Metro Detroit’s tri-counties and throughout southeast Michigan. Attorney Alcendor’s accomplishments don’t stop there; she regularly advocates against the curtailment of the rights of Michigan’s most vulnerable adults. Attorney Alcendor obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013. She was recognized as one of Michigan Chronicle’s 40 under 40 in 2017.
